Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt and are subject to the guidelines posted here. If 10 days has passed since your receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale or Clearance items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
be unused and in the same condition that you received it
include original packaging and include tags
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for the following products:
Perishable Goods (i.e. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)
Intimate or Sanitary Goods
Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids or Gases
Downloadable Software Products
Health & Personal Care Items
Defective or Damaged Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 10 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange your order for the same item(s), email our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you attach photos of the damage so that we may authorize your return. Authorization will be provided in writing within ten (10) business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you via email stating the status of your return. If your return order is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within thirty days.
Shipping Your Return To Us
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a return order to us, and the value is greater than $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of any returned orders.
